For kitchen-goods buyers, a 30-day return request window begins on the date carrier tracking displays delivery. Within it, bydrosh permits eligible any-reason returns and exchange requests.

Across this commerce site, open with support so we can issue instructions and the label. Package the merchandise and included accessories securely. There is no restocking fee on an eligible return request.
Kitchen: return request-label cost
In our fulfillment workflow, buyers are not charged eligible return request freight: bydrosh supplies a free prepaid label for no-reason returns and for damaged, defective, mis-shipped or incomplete merchandise.
Kitchen: credit review and timing
For product support, we first receive and inspect the merchandise. Approved amounts are then sent to the original form of payment, with posting ordinarily occurring 5–10 business days once we issue the credit.
Kitchen: Exchange handling
For kitchen-goods buyers, tell support whether you want a replacement. Availability is checked when the request is processed; if a direct exchange cannot be completed, we may credit the original merchandise and invite a new purchase.
