For kitchen-goods buyers, for kitchen purchases from bydrosh, U.S. standard shipment costs $0 and no spending threshold applies. International delivery is not offered.

Kitchen: Processing comes first

Across this commerce site, our warehouse processing window is 1–2 business days. A purchase completed once 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) is treated as received the following business day, as are weekend and holiday orders.

Kitchen: Transit follows dispatch

In our fulfillment workflow, once shipped, the package ordinarily spends 4–6 business days in transit. Do not count this as warehouse handling: processing happens first and takes the 1–2 business days stated above.

Kitchen: Delays and delivery issues

For product support, weather, carrier disruptions, peak periods and address problems can affect estimates. speak with support if tracking stalls or a parcel appears missing so we can investigate with the carrier.

Kitchen: Taxes

For kitchen-goods buyers, sales or other transaction taxes are collected when required by applicable law. Free shipment does not remove any tax that legally applies.

Kitchen: Tracking

Across this commerce site, a shipment-confirmation message with a carrier tracking number is sent when the purchase leaves our facility. Tracking can take a short time to show the carrier’s first scan.

Kitchen: Address review

In our fulfillment workflow, check the shipment address before submitting payment. speak with support promptly if a correction is needed; we can change it only before fulfillment makes the parcel irreversible.
